Job description

1. To maintain billing work process from preparation of invoices and billing to customers timely to avoid any delay in payment.

2. Responds to inquiries from customer and internal department concern regarding billing.

3. To make sure all invoicing issued before account monthly closing.

4. Prepare invoice, debit note and credit note, inter-company/ billings and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.

5. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.

6. Responsible for other general accounting functions and administrative tasks

7. To support the Finance team members in ad hoc matters.

Working hour: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
