**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparation of order entry, checking stock availability, raising purchase requisition, order checklist, delivery of stocks, and any other administrative duties required by the sales team.
- Liaise with the internal sales team, to ensure the smooth processing of each order.
- Sourcing of assigned commodities (ie. premium gift products) by deploying best practices, procurement tools, and negotiation skills.
- Source suppliers, and assist with bid evaluations, cost analyses, price justification, and risk assessment of suppliers.
- Maintain proper documentation of forms & reports, keep schedules, and provide feedback and information.
- Responsible for product quality assurance according to specifications and deliverables.
