Sales Coordinator

Supporting sales team in overall client service including pre-sale and after-sale activities.
- Pre-sale activities including to check and clarify client’s requirement and pass the information to designer to prepare proposal.
- To place order for items from supplier or Sub-con and work closely with QS.
- Ensuring sale orders are being processed according to client’s requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other internal & external departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Check costing of products and projects.
- Follow up proposal with designer team, check shop drawing and handle kick-off meeting.
- Ensuring the highest standard of service quality to all clients.
- Mainly handling paperwork.
- Organize documents.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Communicate with client, suppliers and internal department.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
