Customer Service Coordinator

1) Receive complaints from customer and arranged the jobsheet
2)Coordinate responce time to customer on technician service appoinment.
3)Gather customer detail for making jobsheet
4)Enter customer data to SQL system
5)Print out monthly report.
6)Able to work under pressure.
7)Closing jobsheet by following up with technician and customer
8)Enter data to the SQL system on the jobsheet closure.
9)Computer knowledge on word/Excel is a must.
Pay: RM1,557.47 - RM5,829.99 per month
