Description

**Primary Objective**:
To act as the main support to branches & sales centre and BSCO team in proving technical expertise advise and system issues assistance. Ensuring all system enhancement and projects is manage appropriately and timely. To perform UAT as accordance to branch and sales center process and ensure all project and ENH documentation are recorded in proper. To assist in analyzing process gaps issue address by multiple stakeholders and explore the opportunity for system and process improvement Ensure proper records for each cases highlight and manage the documentation of process and procedure correctly for reference.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance and technical advise to BSCO members, branches & sales centre and stakeholders.
- Manage projects and system enhancement as per sets timeline.
- UAT is perform appropriately as per process and include further testing coverage as and when require by process to ensure no or minimize defect or process gaps and the ground
- Verify issues highlighted, manage SLA and as directed or requested, to keep the business and senior management informed of the any issues that require to be addressed urgently
- Facilitate the supports to every inquiries and assistance needed by branches on any process issue and direction require
- Responsible to communicate and engage with branches and sales centre appropriately in giving supports and helps to improve their productivity.
- Always works to identify potential process improvement needed to enhance branch processes
- Assist in the identification of control weaknesses and recommending (implementing when applicable) solutions and controls for future improvements.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, professional standards and changes in the credit requirement & credit regulatory that could affect the business risk profile to ensure business comply with BNM/other agency requirement.
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality on all matters reviewed to ensure compliance to relevant regulatory.
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep management informed of the customer satisfaction level & ensuring reputational risk is well taken care off.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree - Business Administration or any other discipline.

5 years’ experience in financial industry, preferably in credit related department.
- Analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
