Assist in all daily operations.
- Handle administrative tasks like typing, scanning, and mail distribution, as well as managing phone calls.
- Manage secretarial duties and handle confidential matters related to the company.
- Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings, maintaining accurate records and providing timely reminders.
- Prepare presentation materials for various audiences.
- Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and executive reports to corporate management.
- Can travel to various country with Executive Chairman
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,557.75 - RM4,027.45 per month
