We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our new business F&B brands in bakery and patisserie. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and producing visually stunning and engaging content that reflects our unique brand identity and tells our story to a wider audience. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality photography and videography, as well as designing graphics for social media, digital platforms, and occasionally food packaging.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating innovative and exciting content, has a strong understanding of lighting and photography techniques, and is proficient in video editing and social media content trends.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Research and brainstorm ideas for video content across different social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and digital platforms, including photography, videography, and graphics.
- You’ll shoot, edit and publish video content to ensure that it is high-quality, on-brand, and meets the needs of various marketing channels and platforms.
- Research the platform's rules, regulations, and community guidelines.
- Manage content calendars and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content.
- You’ll be involved as a host or talent for video content, livestreams and event coverage.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and visual style that is consistent across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative collaterals for campaigns and promotions that align with business objectives.
- Work closely with chefs and restaurant staff to showcase food and beverage offerings in a visually appealing and enticing manner.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content across all marketing channels, and use insights to inform future content creation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest photography and videography techniques and tools, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, photography, or a related field.
- Must possess own transport.
- Able to speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (advanced/intermediate)
- Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, including chefs, restaurant staff, and marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Passion for the hospitality and food industry and a creative mindset to develop innovative and compelling content.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
