As a Digital Content Producer at, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital content strategies to elevate the presence of our talented artists across various digital platforms. You will work closely with artists, content creators, and the marketing team to produce compelling and impactful content that resonates with our audience

As a Digital Content Producer, your responsibilities will include:

- **Content Strategy Development**: Collaborate with artists and the marketing team to develop digital content strategies aligned with the artist's brand and objectives.
- **Content Production**: Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, and streaming platforms. This includes but is not limited to videos, photos, written content, and interactive media.
- **Creative Direction**: Provide creative direction to content creators and artists to ensure the quality and consistency of content aligns with brand standards and resonates with the target audience.
- **Content Optimization**: Monitor content performance metrics and user engagement to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Utilize insights to refine content strategies and enhance audience reach and engagement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with artists, content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to coordinate content production schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to continually innovate and evolve content strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated experience in digital content production, preferably within the entertainment or talent management industry.
- **Creative Aptitude**: Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in digital content creation tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, etc.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Ability to think strategically and translate objectives into actionable digital content strategies.
- **Collaborative Nature**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with artists, content creators, and cross-functional teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- **Passion for Entertainment**: Genuine passion for the entertainment industry and a keen interest in talent management and digital media

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
