**Job Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field with at least years of progressive F&B management experience required.
- Profound knowledge of F&B industry operations, including food safety, inventory, and cost control.
- Proven leadership skills, adept at team motivation, and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to optimize operational efficiency, implement SOPs, and resolve challenges swiftly.
- Customer-centric approach, financial acumen, adaptability to dynamic environments, and proficiency in relevant technologies essential for success.
- Able to know Ms Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating daily operational activities.
- Supervise and lead operational staff, ensuring they adhere to established processes.
- Assist in preparing regular reports for management review.
- Work with the Operations Manager to implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
- Monitor and evaluate operational outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
- Assist in other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
