**Responsibilities & Authorities**
- To participate in quality meeting to resolve quality issue.
- To ensure that boards that fail due to workmanship defects are appropriately reworked.
- To implement corrective action when quality audit notice is received.
- To supervise and train the operator/ leader to carry out their work effectively.
- To participate in daily MPS / Operation Meeting, repeat order review, WIP managing and work order closure.
- To plan daily production running to ensure production meets the delivery requirement.
- To monitor and expedite shortfalls raw materials.
- To ensure proper identification of products at various stages of Production.
- To enforce compliance of Quality procedures.
- To assign trained operators to the right job function.
- To ensure all workers under his/her supervision have obtained necessary training
- To encourage workers to report violations of company labor and ethics policies
- To ensure identified labor and ethics issues are corrected in a timely manner, etc
- To follow company policies and procedures

**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in any fields (Local University)
- Minimum 2 years of experiences Good communication and analytical skills
- Those from FMCG background will be advantage

**Job Related Skills**:

- Application software prefer: Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- System software prefer: SAP

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
