responsible for all dishes prepared in your section
- organized and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- assist the Chef and relay his orders station cooks and ensures each menu item his station is responsible for is prepared on time.
- required to assist with cooking, preparation, and plating when station chefs are absent.
- To work in close co-ordination with other section for smooth discharge of function.
- To give guide to the staff concerning cooking methods of all kinds of dishes.
- To perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
- 3 years of experience is required
- Integrity to adhere to the company's rules and regulations (SOPs).
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
**Salary**: RM3,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
