**JOB SUMMARY**
Represent the Organisation to raise its brand and profile, both locally and globally, and contributing to the achievement of ambitious targets for domestic and international student recruitment as part of the Organisation’s Growth Strategy.
To be an effective, efficient and supportive member of the Organisation Recruitment, Admissions and Marketing team to work collaboratively and actively to increase student recruitment with special focus on sponsoring bodies and external stakeholders and work seamlessly with admissions processes. As necessary, also to liaise with Student Administration and Services colleagues in the facilitation of current student activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the organisation in all recruitment events, both on campus (including open Days, recruitment agents training, schools, industrial partners etc.), off campus and online.
- Organise, attend, and report on induction week activities for new students, and lead on training and coordination of student ambassadors to support recruitment events and open days.
- Ensure appropriate use and backup of databases and CRM systems.
- Undertake any other appropriate duties as directed by the Recruitment Manager.
- Assist the Head of department to develop the secondary school outreach programme.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work occasionally on weekends for events purposes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
