Job Descriptions:

- Responsible for day-to-day office administration with basic accounts knowledge.
- Prepare/follow up documentations such as quotations, invoices, etc.
- Arrange/follow up vendor payments according to deadline.
- Preparation and distribution of forms, devices & equipment and set up accounts & create logins for new joiner.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
- Inventory management, create and monitor assets & stock list.
- Manage and renew company’s relevant licenses (business, premise, and other licenses).
- Other ad hoc duties as required from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
