JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
**1. CEO Office Administration**
a) Handle and maintaining office system, including data management.
b) Answering and screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, from internal and external parties.
c) Manage filing documents, paper for briefing session, presentation reports or any other necessary material.
d) Set up and prepare meeting room for presentation.
e) Finding and ordering stationery for Management office.

**2. Personal Management & CEO Residence**
a) Collect residential utility bills, maintenance costs list and payment arrangements.
b) Preparing meals, drinks and refreshments.
c) Manage and organize the wardrobe and laundry matters.
d) Assist in vehicle and maintenance related matters.
e) In charge of animal care (cats), including observe, grooming, arrange it's medication, keeping cat condos clean and presentable, refreshing litter, watering and feeding and stocking supplies.

**3. Travel and Events**
a) Assisting in travel arrangements / creating detailed itineraries.
b) Manage and organize bags, check in and check out during the trip.
c) Manage and arrange vehicles for the CEO.
d) Manage and arrange the CEO's personal care, therapy, and grooming.
e) Manage and arrange clothes and laundry related matters.
f) Monitor the diet schedule.
g) Manage and prepare meals and snacks.

**4. Social media**
a) Updating Siti Mariam Samad's personal FB & Telegram channel on social media including Facebook & IG & TikTok, within the stipulated time determine by CEO.
b) Update the video of every show on Siti Mariam Samad's FB within the stipulated time determine by CEO.
c) Reply to comments on Siti Mariam Samad's FB.

**5. General**
a) Managing the Management’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
b) Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders when necessary.
c) To attend to all secretarial, personal administrative and research support duties in a confidential manner.
d) Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
e) Handle and organize corporate events such as Company Annual Dinner, Company Trips and etc. when necessary.
g) Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
h) Willingness to show leadership and offer guidance.
i) Performing minor accounting duties.
j) Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
k) Provides ideas to the director for problem-solving.
l) Ensure uninterrupted business operation.
m) Willing to work extra time.
n) To follow up the project pending items on behalf of Managing Director and report to Managing Director from time to time.
o) To undertake special assignments and related duties as and when required by the MD/ CEO/ COO.
p) To provide full PA support to MD/ CEO/ COO on daily basis and be contactable during non-office hours for urgent tasks.
q) Be available for ad-hoc tasks assign by the Management.

**Skills Required**:

- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Computer Literacy, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and etc.
- Possess valid driving license with own transport and willing to travel.
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.
- Honest in handling cash and any related matters.
- Independent, mature, resourceful, able to work under tight schedule and fast pace environment.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to work on irregular working hours when necessary.
- Deals effectively with a variety of personalities and situations tactfully and professionally.
- Proven experience of collaborating with cross-function departments.
- Time management capability.
- Responsible and willing to learn and sophisticated interpersonal skills.
- Ability to execute according to company's principles and strong organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
