- 1. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of all items from store and update stock report on regular basis 2. Receive and sort stock items upon arrival 3. Prepare report on damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purpose 4. Ensure all records and tracking of items are up-to-date and accurate 5. Maintain inventory control and coordinate movement of all stock items. 6. Coordinate minor repair requirements within the plant. 7. Assist in preparation of documents for yearly audit activities 8. Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers/Directors Requirements:

- 1. Knowledge of managing store and experience in related field is preferred in this role. 2. Proficient in Microsoft office suite 3. Meticulous in ensuring parts stock is readily available for production needs 4. Fast learner, proactive and able to work independently Mill operates for 24 hours. Office staff work from 8 am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
