To lead junior team and assist superior on managing Pastry & Bakery section on preparing the required food/items for the event based on daily forecast.
- To guide and supervising, coordinating and participating in activities of personnel engaged in preparation, cooking and serving desserts and bakery for function as instructed.
- To ensure the quality and quantity production are met for all occasions.
- In addition, to determine how the dessert and bakery set courses to be displayed and presented, including what sauce and garnishes to present.
- Encourage and inspire team members to perform at their level best.
- To prepare dessert based on the recipes and methods

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
