- **Job location: Kuala Lumpur(Jalan Raja Laut; 5-day week).**
Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in office filling administration role for an established group of insurance companies in Kuala Lumpur city center.
Basic job function:
This junior position would be responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and clerical duties.
Some of job duties would include:
- Responsible for daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail, all photocopy work and all mail distribution.
- Responsible for filing or attaching mail.
- Responsible for file pulls as redirected by immediate supervisor.
- Responsible for maintenance of al claim files,replacing old files.
- Responsible for returning all files to the respective file shelves.
- Perform data entry tasks when required.
- Maintenance of records and filling activities.
- Malaysian male or female; age between 18-28.
- Qualification: SPM or Diploma.
- 1-2 years of work experience in office filing maintenance system.
- Work experience in insurance industry would be an advantage.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
