Performance Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a full Digital Marketing Funnel across the business units to achieve specific campaign goals, sales and brand awareness.
- Assist the Team Lead & Senior Management to develop an overall digital marketing strategy.
- Set up and maintain conversion / pixel / event tracking on website and platforms, and ensure the data is accurate.
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and adjust spend across different ad platforms based on the insights.
- Maintain a list of learnings including the A/B test results.
- Provide suggestions to content team (on a weekly basis - based on the reporting and learnings found).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
- Achieve the ROAS and CPS targets of each business entity - and continually drive to improve these.
- Provide suggestions to improve the website conversion rate. This may include UI/UX, content or features that you think would improve the conversion rate of your ads.
- Identify new online marketing promotion channels.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital channels..
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principle and best practices - tactics and strategies.
- In-depth understanding of performance marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years hands-on experience in digital marketing specialize in Google/Meta.
- Detail oriented and meticulous individual.
- Direct experience in marketing platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Tiktok Ads Manager and more.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multitask and work under pressure and possess excellent writing and analytical skills.

Location: Subang Jaya - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
