**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Creative Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within a creative design or marketing environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

**Bonus points if**:

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Understanding of design principles and creative processes.
