**Responsibilities & Main Task**

**Commercial Production Stage & Plant Maintenance:

- **
- Responsible to ensure the functioning, upkeep, maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical utility is maintained per required specifications and regulation under the Energy Commission Malaysia
- To assist charge-man B011kV, maintaining and trouble-shooting of switch gears, transformer and other related system.
- To comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga of Electrical Supply act and regulation
- To maintain all facilities related equipment and machinery to ensure optimum efficiency and reliability as;
- To eliminate repetitive breakdowns on all facilities machinery.
- To reduce machinery and system downtime.
- Yield and quality improvements.
- To implement and manage all facilities machinery maintenance programs and repairs procedures to improve machinery efficiency;
- Assist on spare part management
- Electrical including planning, ordering and receiving activity
- To carry out maintenance improvement plans from time to time;
- Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking electricity consumption and to record, update and submit all sub-metering record to the energy saving committee; and to develop maintenance repair plans.
- To propose cost saving projects if any;
- To carry out building maintenance;
- To carry out trouble shooting works for any facilities machinery breakdown;
- To ensure safety and functionality of machinery internal and external compliances.
- Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy;
- Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP;
- To work closely with the local statutory bodies (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, DOSH, NIOSH,DOE, BOMBA etc.) to ensure compliance of the plant and machinery with government regulations and requirements
- Responsible to perform any related duties required by superiors/management.
- Make sure all maintenance work conducted in compliance with SHE and authority requirement and regulation.
- Participate actively in safety programs and promote safety rules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
