JOB PURPOSE - Manage and drive the planning, development and implementation of company’s digital & social media strategies to increase company’s visibility and reputation, which include building MHB’s bank of trust. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead, plan and develop the content, design and layout for all internal and external digital platforms: - Campaign - Event - Advertisement - Website maintenance and updates. - Company Portal - Social media material. - Setting up template of editing and key-art. - All of the above are to ensure it is filled with latest information, strategic materials, manage feedback and enquiries timely and efficiently. - Strategize and plan the advertisements at all designated areas (including but not limited to corporate, festive, business-specific, congratulatory & etc.) to ensure that all advertising initiatives are carried out within approved marketing & brand strategy, budget and target audience). - Lead the production of advertising initiatives and related materials in collaboration with the appointed agency to ensure quality and timely delivery of the materials. - Lead, plan, develop and publish original, meaningful and consistent content (write-up, poster, video, info-graphic) on all social media platforms. - Lead the development of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and improve online presence using various platforms where contents must be in line and consistent with the company’s brand identity. REQUIREMENT - Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design or equivalent - Minimum 8 years of related working experience with broad/deep knowledge in brand positioning campaigns, digital marketing tools (including social media) and techniques, concepts, principles and practices in brand management, corporate communications, and media management.
