- Conduct meetings with subordinates to fix the quality, productivity, and improvement activities for the production line.
- Ensure production runs smoothly according to the schedule plan and meets the production schedule.
- Summary daily production and detective issues and then report to the superior for the necessary action.
- Monitor and maintain good 5S practice and production all the time.
- Determine the quality of goods before shipping.
- Ensure that health and safety laws are followed.
- Maintaining production-related documents such as Operating consumables, ISO documents, and production expenses.
- To co-ordinate end solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get the job done on time.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and **Mandarin (liaise with China Boss)**:

- Applicants must be willing to work in Teluk Gong, Klang Selangor
- Excellent problem-solving solving, investigation skills, and needs to be detail-oriented.
- Must possess good communication skills - written & verbal.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
