1. The work unit focuses on the slag free treatment of steel-making, with a daily production capacity of about 1500 tons, frequent reshipment and heavy workload. The materials are granular and easy to be sprinkled; high temperature and fast reshipment rhythm. 2. The ironmaking plant uses vehicles for gravity ash reshipment. When the ash is discharged, there is gas in the ash table, and other densities are observed in the ash. The risk factors of hot slag transportation, burn and falling are high, so the driver must get off the vehicle to supervise the safety of personnel and vehicles; the slag iron and garbage are loaded by classification, and the post is dangerous and special, so the staff with strong sense of responsibility must be on duty.
