**The role**:
As E-Commerce Executive, you will be part of our Key Account Management team. Working closely with the Key Account Manager. You will assist with the day-to-day activities related to store management on marketplaces/platforms including Lazada and Shopee.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the execution of promotion plans and campaign coordination.
- Responsible for product listings and pricing submission.
- Assist in managing the workflow of the team to ensure all submissions and tasks are done in a timely manner
- Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (KAM, Content, Customer Service)
- Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales.

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:

- University degree/diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce industry.
- Organized & good attention to details.
- Strong communication, listening, problem-solving skills & willing to learn.
- Experience in working with Excel software, Photoshop (basic photo editing) is an advantage.
- Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
- Experience in operating on one or more ecommerce marketplaces.
