Job Description:
Expert in Warehouse Management System (WMS) administration and IT hardware support. Responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the WMS and providing essential hardware support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the administrator of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and provide daily support and maintenance for the WMS.

2. Report and communicate issues to the vendor using a ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up.

3. Maintain and oversee warehouse operations, including stock counting and stock-taking procedures.

4. Update SOPs for warehouse operations and provide hardware support, troubleshoot hardware issues, maintain detailed records and provide training and support to end-users regarding IT hardware usage, basically act as the point of contact for hardware-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in hardware setup and troubleshooting, including PC, printer, and scanner configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor interactions and end-user support.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to update and maintain SOPs.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- ICDL

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 per month
