**Job Descriptions**:

- Enter and update data into computer systems, databases, spreadsheets, or other digital formats.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by verifying and cross-checking information for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity and security by following data entry protocols and procedures.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records of data, documents, and files.
- Label, file, and store documents according to established filing systems and retention policies.
- Retrieve and reference data and documents as needed for internal or external requests.
- Review and audit data entries for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards and guidelines.
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in data records.
- Report any data quality issues or concerns to supervisors or managers for resolution.
- Assist with data processing tasks, such as data cleaning, formatting, and transformation.
- Perform basic data analysis and generate reports, summaries, or visualizations as requested.
- Extract and compile data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate data entry activities and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across systems and databases.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed to meet project deadlines and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of work experiences in administrative and date entry.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, English, written and spoken.
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
