Account Assistant

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Handle partial/full set of accounts
- Perform timely closing of accounts and submission of returns
- Prepare management accounts report, cash flow and bank reconciliation
- Perform Account Payable transaction which including invoicing, debt collection, aging analysis
- Assist to verify and ensure all payments are made with sufficient supporting documents, i.e. - approved POs, Invoices, Delivery Orders or receipts
- To assist in overall Accounts activities together with other Acc Exec and reports to HOD.
- Review daily sales report, ensuring amount and charges are correct.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum of 1 years of working experience in a similar role within an organization (experience in F&B industry is an added advantage).
- FRESH GRADUATES are also welcomed for this position.
- A multi-tasked personality and has self initiative to take up challenging tasks.
- Able to work under fast pace environment where speed with accuracy are required.
- Familiar with Oracle or Xilnex System
- Work location : Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
