Completes works assignments according to process prints, work orders, tool room plan, parts list or any other provided official schedule.
- Set up and trouble shoot 5 axis machines for large complex parts, including 5 axis with 90 degree head attachments.
- Operating and performing quality checks on Vertical CNC machine.
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Able to use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and others to check his tests or outputs in conformance with quality products.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Perform basic trouble-shooting of CNC programs.
- Loading work piece into machine, layout and setting program offsets.
- Monitoring the machining process, identifying and correcting issues.
- Unloading and deburring of semi-finished part.
- Indexing carbide inserts, rebuilding and basic repairs of tooling system.
- Basic machine maintenance (simple repairs, filling oil tanks, cleaning out chips and debris.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
