Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with Department manager and trainees and identify training needs and to create customized training programs to address those needs. 2. Implement strategics plan which is needed for the Department such as expanding to 3rd party training and obtaining permit/certification from the related authority. 3. Coordinate and schedule trainee training programs, including test book translation arranging for trainers, booking training facilities, and sending out invitations and reminders to participants. 4. Acts as liaison and work closely with internal sections/departments/segments and external parties. 5. Show a good understanding of clients’ requirements and execute service level agreements. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proficient in Speaking/ Reading/ Write in either Thai or Vietnamese language is required. English is a must. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
