1. Achieving business goals and revenue targets.

2. Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.

3. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

4. Monitoring the performance of teams and motivating them to reach targets.

5. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.

6. Implementation, execution and coordination of regional marketing initiatives.

7. Source for partnership opportunities (events and sponsorship)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
