Job Description:

- Answer calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints or other issues with products or services.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Respond to customers in a timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- Comply with Bank’s policies and available procedures/ guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers’ assets are maintained.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.

**Requirements**:

- At least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent.
- Excellent communication in native and English fluently.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kuala Lumpur (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
