Sales Admin Executive

Kuching, Malaysia SINOWAJA (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. Full time

Facilitate, support and coordinate with Accounts Department and Commercial &Business Development;
- Monitor and maintain stock and inventory records and database;
- Assist in store / warehouse management and support stock count and inventoryaudit;
- Prepare & issue documents per SOP for stock delivery as per delivery schedule;e. Report of any issue in respect to stock and inventory;f. To assist in necessary arrangement for port clearance, domestic logistic and forwarding matters;
- Lead the Inventory Administration team;
- Assist on ad hod matters as required by the Company;
- Maintain good relationship and rapport with stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years and above working experience in related field.
- Strong organization and planning skill
- Good written and verbal communication: English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
