**Job Title: IT Project Manager**

Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning**: Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT projects, aligning project objectives with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- **Negotiation Expertise**: Utilize strong negotiation skills to facilitate agreements, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations among project stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.
- **People Management**: Effectively manage project teams by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- **Independent Project Execution**: Take ownership of project delivery, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure with mínimal supervision.
- **Scope Management**: Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs while managing scope creep effectively.
- **Resource Allocation**: Develop comprehensive resource plans, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling, to optimize resource utilization and meet project objectives.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
- **Communication Skills**: Facilitate clear and transparent communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and risks.
- **Change Management**: Implement effective change management processes to address project scope changes, stakeholder requests, and emerging requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality of project deliverables through thorough testing, validation, and adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned, and implementing process enhancements.
- **Vendor Management**: Collaborate with external vendors and third-party partners to procure services, manage contracts, and ensure delivery of quality products and services.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in managing project constraints, including scope changes, budget limitations, and shifting priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects independently.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent people management abilities, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMP certification is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and resources based on business needs.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
