2)Point of contact
a) Act as a point of contact between the managers and internal/external parties
b) Screen and direct phone and distribute correspondence c) Handle request and quiries approriately
3) Records and reports a) Recording and taking down of meeting minutes b) Summarize, produce up-to-date reports and briefs
4) Corporate social responsibility a) Organize, arrange and coordinate company events and activities
b) Help the management to increase employees' motivation, and to keep the company a safe and happy work place 5) To assist the managing director in all matters
6) To carry out any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
