Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Badcave Fight Club Cafe. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and seat customers

Take and deliver food and drink orders

Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions

Ensure tables are clean and set up properly

Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Upsell additional products when appropriate

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food and beverage menus

Attention to detail and teamwork

Food safety certification is a plus

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
