**Job Scope**:

- Manage supplier to achieve competitive cost, quality and delivery performance.
- Perform cross-functional supplier evaluation, selection and development.
- Responsible for negotiations and cost reductions with suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of supplier base and IC industry is required.
- Good network with Franchised Distributors, Brokers community and direct Suppliers will be an added advantage.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Result oriented, independent, self-motivated with initiative and drive.
- Team player and able to work in cross-functional and cross regional teams.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively Chinese and English, both verbal and written form
