Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Oversee front and back in house operations
- Oversee all staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
- Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- Develop strategies for improving customer’s dining or take away experience
- Manage the work schedules of restaurant’s staff
- To provide cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness
- Ensure all the staffs are working follow the SOP of the company

**RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS**
- Remain calm in stressfull situation
- Diploma in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Basic knowledge in training and leading staff
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong in organizational, communication, customer service skills, and managerial skills
- Posses own transport
- Willing to travel / transfer to other branch

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
