**Position Overview**:
We are in search of a dynamic Business Development Manager who possesses a fervent drive for Marketing and Recycling Management. This pivotal role encompasses fostering business growth through strategic marketing campaigns while spearheading our recycling and sustainability endeavours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to advocate for our recycling initiatives and embed sustainable practices within our marketing campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential partners or clients, focusing on fostering sustainable marketing collaborations for business expansion.
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, large enterprises, and government bodies to champion our recycling, circular economy, and sustainability objectives.
- Lead and oversee initiatives related to Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and recycling programs to ensure effective implementation and success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with our recycling and circular economy objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to our sustainability goals.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience with a proven track record in business development (preferred in sustainable marketing or recycling initiatives)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. (mandarin will be an advantage)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create impact presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation abilities crucial for forging and nurturing business partnerships.
- Understanding of environmental principles and recycling concepts within a marketing context.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, for effective presentations and communication in the corporate context.
- Familiarity with ESG principles, circular economy concepts, and best sustainability practices.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
