Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am-6 pm) except Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support
- Provide administrative tasks including manage calls, correspondences & filing
- Manage Court Efiling System
- Manage in-house client's portal (Training provided)
- Communicate with lawyers, clients and government authorities
- Update court calendars and schedules
- Arrange for appointments
- Assist in litigation and conveyancing related matters

Job Requirements
- With or without working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision

Job Benefits
- Basic Salary + EPF + SOCSO + EIS
- Allowance
- Bonus for employees with good attendance and performance
- Increment once a year for employees with good attendance and performance

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
