We are looking for a HR Operations Supervisor with experience leading HR Assistants for a part time, remote and work from home job. This job role requires you to ensure our team discharge their HR tasks and duties in our current workflow according to our standard operating procedure.

**==JOB DESCRIPTION==**

**Supervision of HR Operational Workflow**
- Oversee the entire HR operational workflow in adherence to company SOPs and policies.
- Provide daily briefings for HR Assistants on objectives for the day and address any gaps based on previous performance.
- Conduct quality checks on work completed by HR assistants.
- Ensure team meets targets and deadlines consistently.
- Conduct regular check-ins to provide guidance and leadership, keeping the team motivated and on track.

**Execution of New HR Operational Workflow**
- Implement and execute new HR operational workflows as directed by the Chief Operations Officer.
- Recommend improvements via Kaizen forms to enhance process efficiency.
- Temporarily execute new HR workflows to ensure smooth transition before delegation.
- Execute specific HR workflows according to directives from the Chief Operations Officer.

**HR Advice & Approval**
- Provide guidance on compliance with relevant regulations, particularly regarding letter writing and disciplinary actions.
- Review and approve draft letters prepared by HR assistants, making necessary amendments.

**HR Support Requests**
- Oversee coordination and ensure accurate information provided to HR Business Partners aligns with departmental requirements.
- Double-check work completed by HR assistants to ensure compliance with HRBP specifications.

**Compilation of Feedback for Kaizen**
- Identify workflows requiring improvement or modification and document them in the database.
- Collaborate with HR Business Process Analyst to communicate requirements effectively.

**==EXPERIENCED NEEDED==**
- 2 Years working experience of leading a team of HR executives or Assistants in a HR Administrative Department.

**==EXTRA INFORMATION==**
- This is a remote, part time and work from home job. Should you perform well during the first 3 months, you will be offered a full time job (remote and work from home) with quarterly bonus based on performance on servicing our clients.
- You MUST possess experience leading HR Assistants or HR Clerks or HR Executives in your previous role to be considered for this job.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM18.00 - RM22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
