Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the shopping mall, facilitating good environment for retailers business activity and pleasant shopping environment for customers - To ensure the comfort & safety of Customers are being well taken care of. - To ensure maintenance & operation of the shopping mall are in accordance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) guideline. - Lead and advice Leasing Department personnel securing new potential tenants to have a good retail trade mix in the complex to increase occupancy rates and revenue. - Maintain good communication and business relations with tenants to enhance a good landlord-tenant relationship, also strengthened relations with our Subsidiaries to avoid any unpleasant complaint. - To ensure prompt collection of tenant's monthly. Requirements:
- Conduct constant checks on tenant's outlet and liaise with tenants to follow up on matters such as operations of mechanical & electrical (M&E) services, security, - cleanliness, staff services and etc - A Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalen - Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadline - Excellent negotiation skills and sound knowledge of the mall/ retail market.
