**KEY ROLES**
- Responsible for student admission activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement, involvement and satisfaction.
- Foster a sense of community through the organization of events, activities and student clubs.
- Establish and manage counseling services to support students’ mental health and well-being.
- Implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive campus culture.
- Advocate for student needs and concerns within the institution.
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues related to student’s life and academic policies.
- Implement leadership development programs to empower students to become effective leaders.
- Provide training and resources for student leaders involved in student government or clubs.
- Design and implement holistic student development programs addressing personal growth, cultural competence and ethical decision-making.
- Evaluate and refine programs based on student feedback and evolving needs.
- Handle other matters related to international students/postgraduates.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as higher education administration, counseling, student affairs or a related area is often required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of working experience in the field of higher education administration, admissions or student services is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must, including written and verbal communication, public speaking and the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, faculty and staff.
- An average understanding of higher education policies, regulations and best practices is important. This includes knowledge of the admission process, financial aid, student retention and student services.
