Account Assistant

Perform day-to-day accounting functions.
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as issueing payment vouchers and receipts.
- Maintain record keeping, data entry, and proper filling system.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform daily general and administration duties.
- Willing to learn.
- Entering and updating information into a relevant database.
- Manage and provide an accurate monthly bank reconciliation, maintaining a journal, General Ledger, and other reporting
- Assist superior in preparing a monthly statement of accounts to customers and assist in account reconciliation with customer and supplier
- Responsibility for necessary funding procedures and/or all matters related to cash management, processing staff reimbursement, and any payment
- Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
