Trademark Executive

Support Trademark process through preparation of the related documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Providing pre-filing Search analysis and advice on registrability of trademarks.
- Track, analyse and report Trademark and Trademark operation-related matters.
- Drafting submissions/arguments in response to office actions.

**Job Requirement**
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and able to use multiple web-based systems.
- Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and motivation.
- This position is exposed to proprietary company information, so strict adherence to confidentiality policy and protocol is required.
- Experience in trademark matters would be an added advantage.
