Our internship program is aimed to nurture students to their best potential for them to be ready with the industry needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Management**: Assist in managing product listings, including product uploads, descriptions, and categorization. Ensure that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

**Website Maintenance**: Support the eCommerce team in website maintenance tasks, such as content updates, image optimization.

**Order Fulfilment**: Assist in order processing and fulfilment tasks, including order tracking, inventory management, and shipping logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Compile and analyse eCommerce metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to the eCommerce team.

**Requirement**:
At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for eCommerce and online retail trends.

**Internship Duration**: 3 months
