**As a UI Designer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product’s direction, visuals, and overall user experience.
- Executing all visual design stages, from concept development to final hand-off to engineering.
- Design UI, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Conceptualizing original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user friendliness.
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts.
- Presenting and defending designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Our primary focus is on a strong portfolio and a high regard for creativity, rather than formal qualifications.
- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Figma and prototyping.
- Understanding of a design system and improving it.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- A massive plus is experience in ui animation and motion design. Ability to work with illustrations, landing page design when needed.
- An academic background in computer science.
- A good command of English, both written and spoken.
