**Job Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer who will take up a fixed term role to provide administrative support to our Nilai based Factory team. Come and be part of our dynamic team of managers, engineers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for assembling conveyors and airport technology equipment designed specifically for Daifuku Oceania Global Projects.

**About the Role**

Daifuku Oceania is the leader in Material Handling Solutions across aviation, intralogistics, software solutions, and emerging new technologies.

As an Administration Officer for the largest global automation provider based in our Factory establishment in Nilai, you will be a part of our Factory management team responsible to be the first point of contact for all employees managing their queries and providing administrative support with daily office procedures. This position offers you the opportunity to communicate directly with our international delegates performing business visits to our Factory.
- Manage staff timesheets and overtime.
- Record the factory staff's leave and liaise with Finance & HR.
- Manage factory petty cash according to budget and prepare petty cash reimbursement.
- Submit timely assigned reports to the finance department.
- Coordinate training arrangements for the operation team.
- Documents preparation for letters, memos, minutes of meetings and etc.
- Track stocks of office supplies, and production supplies (if requested) and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate social events for the factory.
- Manage company assets, service, inspection, renewal road tax and etc.
- Manage factory uniforms & distribution to all factory staff.

**Skills & Experience**
- Possess good computation skills and excellent in written communication.
- Good at Analytical skills & problem-solving
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- SPM Examination or diploma/equivalent _(minimum one year working experience in similar role) _
