**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the setup of the new branch in the Country, including selecting office and workshop locations, ensuring all operational requirements are met, and overseeing the logístical aspects of the branch establishment.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated startup sales team and a skilled workshop team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Provide strong and effective leadership to the teams, setting clear objectives and expectations, and ensuring they are well-aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee the daily operations, performance, and activities of the sales and workshop teams, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for the branch's growth and success.
- Manage the branch's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure that all operations are in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
