**Responsibilities**:

- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Key in goods received note (GRN), received delivery order (DO) & Invoice.
- Prepare stoke take month end.
- Key in stock In & Out.
- Key in stock transfer.
- Receive and process incoming online orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports to facilitate timely replenishment.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipments, receipts, and inventory.
- Update ERP system daily for finished goods data capture for proper stock records.
- Act as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments.
- Keep all documents with proper filing for easy retrieval.
- Other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least SPM level.
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
