1. To arrange and manage the security of the hostels and the safety of the occupants or hostellers. 2. To perform a patrol/inspection/spot checks in and around the hostel premises from time to time. 3. To respond during situations such as an emergency and report to the immediate superior. 4. To guard the premises against intrusion on unauthorized entries. Permitting only authorized persons/visitors to enter the premises. Maintain an updated record of those entering and exiting the premises. 5. To manage and maintain cleanliness and facilities in hostel. 6. To assist Superior in hostel management process compliance to the local law, rules and regulations. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior. 7. To report and solve any damages and repairs needed in the hostel. 8. To ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations. 9. Report any incidents and offenses of workers in the hostel to the immediate superior. 10. Handle FOMEMA check-up (bring workers to the clinic/ hospital) and all matters related to foreign workers. 11. To assist in carrying out Fire Drill or any other related trainings in the hostel as required for compliance to local law, rules and regulations. 12. Listen & feedback employee's grievances to immediate superior and implementing disciplinary procedures. 13. Coordinate and set up new units or arrange shifting of units whenever requisition received. 14. Monitor hostels utilities and record monthly meter readings. 15. Update and maintain hostel occupants’ record. 16. To send occupants or hostellers to clinic/ hospital, bank and other relevant locations assigned by immediate superior.
